1) Download & fill in SHAOGUAN UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS APPLICATION FORM. The FORM is available in the International Office or on the website of Shaoguan University.(http://site.sgu.edu.cn/wsc/gjjl/english/englxsy.asp)
2) Send the Application Form, copy of valid passport, copy of school certificates and 400RMB application fee to the University¡¯s International Office before the final registration date.
3) The university will deliver ¡°Offer of Place¡± and ¡°Visa application form for foreign students¡± (JW 202 form) to qualified applicants 4 weeks before the date of registration.
4) Studentsadmitted to Shaoguan University shouldgo to the China Embassy or Consulate in person to apply forthe student entry visa for studying in China (X Visa)with the ¡°Offer of Place¡± and ¡°Visa application form for foreign students¡±. (JW 202 form)
5) All the foreign students admitted to Shaoguan University should report to Shaoguan University¡¯s International Office on schedule as required in the admission notice withthe admission notice and JW 202 form. Those who fail to get the student entry visa because of timing problem may report to the university with a tourist visa (L visa) of more than 1 month¡¯s duration and later change it to student entry visa with the University¡¯s consent. |
