1. Recruiting time: If you’d like to attend classes in Sept., please recruit from March 1 to August 20 annually. If you’d like to attend classes in March. Please recruit from October 1 to January 20 (the following year). If we still have numbers of students to be enrolled, we also consider your inserting in the regular classes.
2. The Process of recruiting:The students eligible for Enrolment Conditions can either come to school for or down load from our website the “Application Form” and “Guardian's Letter of Guarantee”, Students under the age of 18 are required to complete the "Guardian Guarantee" which has to be notarized in the Notary Office of Lanzhou Municipality. If the guardian is not in china, the guardian must possess "Guardian Attorney" and "Guardian Guarantee" in duplicate and certificated by the Chinese embassy or consulate.. Fill out the Application Form in either Chinese or English and attach a recent photo of the applicant. You should hand in the following materials:
- Copy of passport
- Letter of Recommendation and study records from the previous school
- Diploma of highest academic degree, previous school report, study records of the past year, as well as any certificate of rewarding and HSK (if any). (Photocopy with Chinese or English translation)
- Fill out the “Guardian's Letter of Guarantee” in either Chinese or English, which must be signed by the guardian.
- Copy of Guardian’s Identity Card
- Copy of Medicare (not lower than 400,000 Yuan/ RMB) including epidemic and other unexpected injury
- 8 photos without caps
3.If overseas students who are studying in China are now willing to enroll in the our school, they also have to provide the following certifications:
① Certification for school transferring in China (cachet required);
② School report card;
③ Head page of passport, a valid visa and residence permit (one copy for each certification);
4. Overseas students can mail the above materials to attend the school enrollment;
5.Ways of admitting: Accepted students will receive the “Admission Notification", "Foreign Student’s Visa Application Form (Form JW202)". Students should take the “Admission Notification", "Foreign student’s Visa Application Form (Form JW202)", and those above the age of 16 (including 16) should also take the test of "Foreign Medical Examination Records" to the Chinese embassy to apply for the visa in China (X visas).
The students will report to school on time in accordance with the Admission Notification and deal with the enrollment procedures.
