In order to help the students have a better understanding of themselves and improve comprehensive capacity, the ECUST MBA Program has initiated the "Double-Supervisors" system. Academic supervisors are professors from the Business School and career development supervisors are experienced HR managers of enterprises.

Moreover, ECUST MBA Program has begun to adopt the action learning supervisor system since this year. In this system, each ECUST MBA student has three supervisors. The action learning supervisors are those with abundant consulting experience or senior managers from famous enterprises that can help to improve students' practical skills. The "Tripartite Supervisors" system can, to a great extent, make up for students' lack of practical skills, which is an obvious shortcoming of the MBA education in China.
