It also has the function of leaving messages. If consultants are not online, foreign students can leave messages. The consultant will answer at the first time. At the moment, we can offer English and Japanese consultation service. In the future, there will be more languages service for different language speakers.

According to a report, since the new system launched, the number of daily consultation students has doubled.
