Local Wickenburg students Seth Gaertner and Kaylee Sanders are holding several fundraisers for the next few months in hopes of earning enough to study abroad in Beijing, China later this summer. The students are currently attending Glendale Community College.

Kaylee is the daughter of Earon and Heather Sanders, previous owners of Roadrunner Video in Wickenburg and current owners of Vegetable Village produce delivery. Seth is a new resident of Wickenburg, who moved to Arizona two years ago to attend college.
 
��We��re hoping to hold huge multi-family yard sales,�� said Kaylee about one of the fundraisers they are planning. ��We��re asking the community to bring their secondhand goods to donate to the yard sales.�� Bake sales and car washes will also be held in the following weeks. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated.

Kaylee and Seth plan to leave May 25 to study the Chinese language and culture for six weeks. They hope to raise a combined total of $8,000. This amount will cover airfare, food, and lodging at the Renmin University in Beijing, China.
