About JULC

Jilin University – Lambton College (JULC) is a Sino–foreign education institute co-operative affiliated with Jilin University, which is officially approved by the Ministry of Education of China. Established in 1999, JULC offers undergraduate, and produces well-rounded graduates in the fields of Business Administration and Information Technology. The North American partners are Northwood University, Central Michigan University in the United States, and Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada. In 2013, JULC started 1+1 Post – graduate program with Central Michigan University in the United States in the majors of Master of Science in Information Systems, Master of Science in Administration. The program is officially approved by Department of Education of Jilin Province.

JULC was one of the first Sino-foreign cooperation universities officially approved by Ministry of Education of China, and ranks among the top ten Sino-foreign higher–level educational co-operative institutes in China. Here at JULC, we follow the curricula of our partner universities & colleges. Coursework is taught in English by suitably qualified teachers and professors, with 70% of our international teachers coming from our partner schools, as well as from other countries where English is spoken as a first language. The remainder of the faculty comes from Jilin University. Students can complete all their undergraduate studies in China, or choose to transfer to our North American partner universities during their studies.
