Founded in 1993, Guangzhou Huamei International School is a full-time English-Chinese boarding school, administered by a group of returned overseas Chinese scholars, It is composed of kindergarten, primary school, middle school and pre-university programs. Widely recognized by Chinese governmental education departments, Huamei school now ranks as one of the best private boarding schools in southern China. It provides professional and tailor-made programs ranging from kindergarten to grade12. Currently, it has 2600 Chinese and foreign students aged from 3 to 18 years old. For the foreign students, the school assure them a remarkable and productive experience to learn the Chinese language and culture, as well as an English-immersing environment.

The 18-acre campus is situated in a mountainous suburb of Guangzhou,afamous international city closed to Hongkong. 1. Our students' apartments are well-equipped with air-conditioners, shower-rooms, laundries and medical facilities with two to four students sharing a room . Care-giving teachers are responsible for supervising the daily life of students off their classes.
2. Our nutritionist who used to work in Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences designs customized recipes for students with different needs, so that the nutrition balance is assured and the adequate nutrition is provided through the six meals each day.
3. Each student can obtain 7 uniforms per year, and daily necessities are offered so that almost all the needs of our students can be satisfied.
4. Every weekend there are many shuttle buses taking the children to and from school, escorted jointly by the life-caring teachers and school guards, with destination covering all mayor spots of Guangzhou city and some other regions. Students of any nationality aged 2-16 who want to study Chinese and English in China.

1. The applicant needs to go to the Admission Office of Huamei School, fill out the "Application Form for Foreign Student" and charge the application fee for RMB200 yuan.
2. The applicant must have a guardian appointed in China (The guardian must have a fixed working unit and a fixed address in China).
3. The applicant shall submit the following documents:
   1) Completed “Application Form for Guangzhou Huamei International School”.
   2) The transcript_ offered by the former school, and the written statement testifying to the student's studying experience at the school.
   3) 8 photocopy of the student's passport and VISA.
   4) 8 recent color photos of 2 inch and 8 recent color photos of 1 inch without hat.
   5) 6 photocopy of the passports of the student's parents.
   6) 4 recent color photos of 1 inch of the student's parents respectively.
   7) The original copy of the physical check-up document offered by Guangzhou
   International Traveling Hospital for the students above 16.
   8) 2 photocopy of the guardian’s identification card (or passport) and 2 color photos of 1 inch of the guardian.
   9）6 copies of student’s Birth certificate
   10)a recommendation letter and school report from former school

1.Total Costs (mainly including tuition, board and lodging):
primary school student:RMB 30,000 per semester.
middle school student:RMB 33,000 per semester.
2.The fee for staying at the school in the holidays: if a student wants to stay at the school on Saturday and Sunday or in the holidays, he needs to apply in advance and pay the fee of RMB120 per day.
