Dr. Ramesh Subramanian, graduate cooridinator from Laurentian University, Canada, visited  JiangXi University of Science and Technology (JUST) on April 6. Professor Zhang Jianzhong, deputy chair of University Council met with Dr. Subramanian in the Yifu Building of Huangjing Campus. Both parties briefed their respetive institutions from the academic programs and scientific researches. Coordination agreement was signed to initiate the "2+2" undergraduate programs on mining engineering and chemical engineering.

 Laurentian University , incorporated on March 28, 1960, is a mid-sized bilingual university in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
