Bachelor Degree Chinese Chinese Medicine Students majoring in this program mainly learn fundamental theories and professional clinical skills of Chinese Medicine. This major nurtures students to be specialized professionals with good clinical thinking, practicing and scientific research abilities. Five years There are four scholarship categories for international students, which are the Chinese Government Scholarship, The Chinese Ministry of Education Scholarships for outstanding self-funded students, Beijing Foreign Students Scholarship, and The BUCM international students’ scholarship.
  Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina Students majoring in this program mainly learn fundamental theories and professional clinical skills of Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina. This major nurtures student to be specialized Chinese Medicine professionals with good clinical thinking, practicing and scientific research abilities. Five years
  English Chinese Medicine Students majoring in this program mainly learn fundamental theories and professional clinical skills of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina. This major nurtures student to be specialized Chinese medicine professionals with good clinical thinking, practicing and scientific research abilities. Five years  
Master Degree Chinese Master degree of clinical traditional Chinese medicine (program of doctor license) BUCM Bachelor's Degree holders may participate in the occupation of physician qualification examination. Students are required to complete the practitioner qualification training and related theoretical courses. Students who pass the test of physician qualification examination and achieve the graduation requirements may obtain the Master's degree certificate. Two years  
Master degree of clinical traditional Chinese medicine (undergraduate directly up to graduate program) BUCM Bachelor's Degree holders can apply in person and with a recommendation for the masters program. Students fulfilling the graduation requirements can obtain master degree. Two years  

The Preparatory Program

Training introduction: This program is to improve the level of Chinese and professional consciousness of Chinese medicine of international students, which is good for building a good foundation for undergraduate study.

Training aim: The purpose is to improve the level of Chinese and break through the language barrier of studying Chinese medicine.

Training target and period: This training is for students who are interested in learning Chinese and Chinese medicine. The course is 6 months to 1year.

Traditional Chinese culture (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training combines traditional Chinese culture and Chinese medicine culture to train students.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students to learn traditional Chinese culture and Chinese medicine culture.

Training target and period: This training is for students who are interested in learning traditional Chinese culture and Chinese medicine culture. The course is 1 to 2 weeks long.

Doctor License Examination of Chinese Medicine

Training introduction: Trainees study in every department of Chinese medicine hospitals to do clinical training.

Training aim: The purpose is to foster clinical skills, and improve the passing rate to the National Physician Qualification Examination.

Training target and period: This training is for students with BUCM degrees. The program is 1year long.

Chinese Medicine Training for Western Medicine Doctors (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on fundamental theories and clinical skills of Chinese medicine in combination with Western medicine.

Training aim: The purpose is to help physicians to be familiar with the fundamental theories of Chinese medicine, master clinical skills and achieve the prevention and treatment of common diseases.

Training target and period: This training is for students with a recognized degree from western medical schools. Program duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Practical Chinese Techniques for Common Diseases (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training provides simple, quick, and effective treatment methods for common diseases.

Training aim: The purpose is to help trainees to grasp quick and simple Chinese medicine treatment methods for common diseases.

Training target and period: This training is for students who are interested in treatments of Chinese medicine. Course duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Clinical Technique Training of Chinese Medicine (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on clinical skills of Chinese medicine.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students to apply Chinese clinical skills to prevent, ease, and cure common diseases.

Training target and period: This training is for students with medical backgrounds. Program duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

The Fundamental of Chinese Medicine and Classics (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on systematic theories of Chinese medicine.

Training aim: The purpose is to deepen the understanding of the systematic theories of Chinese medicine.

Training target and period: This training is for students with some basic knowledge of Chinese medicine. Program duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy Training (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, such as scraping therapy, fire needle therapy, bleeding therapy, Chinese medicine cupping, etc.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students grasp the skills of traditional Chinese medicine therapies.

Training target and period: This training is for students with 1. a background of Chinese medicine and Acupuncture. 2. a passion for traditional Chinese medicine therapies. Course duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Acupuncture Training (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on the basic theories of Acupuncture and the clinical skills.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students grasp the theories of Acupuncture and improve their clinical skills.

Training target and period: This training is for students with 1. an Acupuncture background 2. a passion for Acupuncture. Course duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Tuina Message Training (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on the basic theories and clinical skills of Tuina Massage.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students to grasp the theories and clinical skills of Tuina Massage.

Training target and period: This training is for students with 1. a Tuina Massage background 2. a passion for learning the skills. Program duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Chinese Materia Medica Training (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on the basic and professional knowledge of Chinese Materia Medica.

Training aim: According to the need of this program, this training helps students grasp the basic theories and common uses of TCM herbs.

Training target and period: This training is for medical professionals and armature of Chinese medicine. Program duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Training of Medicinal Diet and Health Care (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on the fundamentals of Chinese medicine, medicinal diet and health care.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students grasp the basic method of Chinese medicinal health care. The final purpose is to improve physical fitness, prevention and treatment.

Training target and period: This training is for students with 1. a background of Chinese medicine 2. a passion to learn more about the culture of Chinese medicine. Program duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Chinese Medicine Cosmetology Training (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on introducing Chinese medicine theory of Zang and Fu organs, meridians, Qi and blood. It also introduces Chinese medicine cosmetology using medicaments that are taken orally, topically, via Acupuncture, and diet therapy, etc.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students grasp the basic methods and skills of Chinese Medicine Cosmetology.

Training target and period: This training is for students who are interested in Chinese medicine cosmetology. Course duration is 1 to 2 weeks.

Qigong and Health Preservation (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on introducing Qi Gong, Tai Ji, etc.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students grasp the basic concepts and common training methods.

Training target and period: This training is for students who are interested in Qigong and Health Preservation. Course duration is 1 to 4 weeks.

Chinese Medicine Nursing Knowledge and Skills Training (class open for a minimum of 10 students)

Training introduction: This training emphasizes on introducing the theories and clinical skills of nursing in Chinese medicine.

Training aim: The purpose is to help students grasp nursing theories of Chinese medicine, and improve clinical nursing abilities.
