5. Notarial certification of guardian in China. （Two original ones and one copy are requaired）
6. The list of the courses mark records before coming to China.
7. The recommend letter from the precise school .The recommend letter from other Chinese school if the student has got.
8. The 24 photos without hat {2 inches}
9. The health report from Beijing Entry and Exit and Quarantine Bureau (for 18+ years old)
