Students who wants to apply for our college needs to first fill in the Application Form ,then mail the Application form as well as those certificates mentioned in the Application Form to the college (email and fax both works) .You will get the College Admission Notice if you are qualified.

Beijing International Chinese College

Beijing International Chinese College (BICC) is the first private professional institution of high learning specialized in the international promotion of Chinese language in China. It is approved by Beijing Municipal Education Commission. It is also the test institution of HSK, YCT, BCT as well as Beijing English Testing System (BETS). The president is Professor Geng Xuechao, former Director of Beijing Municipal Education Commission and the honorary president is Professor Xu Jialu, Deputy Chairman of the standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China, a renowned expert on Chinese linguistics and literature.
There are 5 functional departments in BICC: International Cooperation Department, Teacher’s Training Department, Foreign Students Department, Chinese Testing Department, and Tang Chinese Education Department.

BICC possesses a high level teacher’s team composed of full-time and part-time professionals, among them, 97% have a bachelor or graduate degree, and 70% are full professors and associate professors.

Authorized by The Office of Chinese Language Council International, Beijing Municipal Education Commission as well as schools or educational organizations overseas, BICC has held various Chinese training classes： Chinese training project for government officials from developing countries organized by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China; Teachers training of volunteers to Indonesia; Teachers training of volunteers to Chile, Colombia; Training for Chinese teachers from Canada; Training for Chinese teachers from U.S.; Training for Chinese teachers from Middles in Beijing; Chinese training program for students of law school, University of Minnesota; National education tour for students from Hong Kong; Chinese culture teaching and research class for Indonesian students, Russian students, American students; etc.
